    This recipe is a eggless whole wheat pancakes which is served with warm bananas foster sauce. You can make the pancake alone and serve with either honey or maple syrup. This is a indulgent breakfast which is great for any special occasion. Taste so heavenly.

    Ingredients
      

    FOR PANCAKES:

    • Wheat flour - 1 cup
    • Sugar - 1 tblsp
    • Baking Powder - 1 tsp
    • Salt a pinch
    • Milk - ½ cup or as needed
    • Oil or Melted Butter - 1 tblsp + more for making pancakes
    • Vanilla Essence - ½ tsp

    FOR BANANAS FOSTER:

    • Banana - 2 sliced
    • Brown Sugar - ½ cup
    • Butter - 2 tblsp
    • Milk or Cream - ¼ cup
    • Vanilla Essence - ½ tsp
    • Salt a pinch

    Instructions
     

    • Start by making sauce. Take butter, sugar in a sauce pan. Cook for a min
    • Add in cream or milk and let it bubble up. Add in vanilla, salt and mix well. Add in banana and mix well. Simmer for 1 min and set aside.
    • Now make pancakes, Mix all ingredients for making pancakes to a smooth batter.
    • Grease a nonstick pan, pour ladleful of batter and cook on low heat till bubbles form on top. Flip over and cook.
    • Serve with syrup.

    12)Now lets make the pancakes. Take wheat flour in a bowl.

    20)Whisk till smooth.

    21)Melt some oil or butter in a nonstick pan.

    23)Pour it on the pan and cook till it forms bubbles on top.
