Freezer Green Smoothie Recipe – Pineapple, Avocado & Spinach Smoothie Recipe with step wise pictures.

Healthy green smoothie which is actually freezable so you can make a batch and freeze it for later. This recipe is great for busy mornings and taste so better.

Few of you have been asking to share green smoothie and green juice recipes. So here is my first version of green smoothie, will be sharing many version soon.

Green Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • Pineapple - 1 cup cubed
  • Avocado - 1
  • Spinach - 2 handful
  • Honey or Sweetner of your choice
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Take pineapple, avocado, spinach in a freezer bag and freeze untill needed.
  • When serving, take it in a blender, add water and puree till smooth.
  • Add honey if needed.
  • Serve.

Pictorial:

1)I used pineapple, spinach and avacado.

2)Chop them up.

3)I put them in a ziploc bag and put it in freezer to use later

4)Take the ingredients in a blender

5)Add some water

6)Puree till smooth

7)Take a serving mug

8)Pour it in

9)Enjoy. You can add honey if you want.

10)Serve
