French Toast Recipe – Stollen & Cinnamon French Toast Recipe

I am kind of obsessed with french toast. I can never have enough of them. This one is a addition to my french toast collections and it is soooo good. i can never stress on the that more. The combo of cinnamony french toast with the bananas and syrup is perfection.

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 20 to 25 mins
Serves: 1 to 2

Ingredients:

For French Toast:
Stollen Bread Slices – 4 (Recipe here)
Butter – 2 to 3 tblspn
Eggs – 1
Sugar – 1 tblspn
Cinnamon Powder – 1 tsp
Milk – 1/4 cup





Method:


Take egg, cinnamon, sugar and milk in a bowl and mix well. 

Take bread slices and dip them in the milk mix on both sides so it can absorb.

Heat butter in a pan, fry the bread slices till golden brown.

Drain and serve bananas and honey or maple syrup.

take egg in a bowl
add in milk
add sugar
add cinnamon
whisk well
i am using my homemade stollen bread..recipe here
place the bread into the egg mix
flip over and let it soak up
heat some butter in a pan
place the bread slices
cook on low heat till golden on both sides
keep cooking on low heat
place in a plate
top with bananas
drizzle some syrup or honey
enjoy
