Garlic Spinach Recipe – Spinach Stir Fry with Garlic with step wise pictures.

Garlic Spinach Recipe -

Healthy garlic spinach stir fry recipe which taste so delicious as a side dish for your rice or roti too. You can serve it with grilled chicken for a completely meal.

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 2 tblsp
  • Garlic - 10 cloves sliced
  • Spinach - 4 cups sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Lemon Juice to taste

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add in garlic and saute them.
  • Add in spinach and cook till wilted.
  • Add in salt and pepper and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Serve.

Pictorial:

1)Chop some spinach

2)Take a bunch of peeled garlic cloves

3)Slice them

4)Take olive oil in a pan.

5)Add in garlic to cold oil and heat it together.

6)Saute them till light golden.

7)Add in chopped spinach

8)Saute them well.

9)Saute them till wilted.

10)Season with salt and pepper.

11)Squeeze some lemon juice.

12)Mix well.

13)Serve.
