Ginger. Lemon & Honey Juice – Digestion Juice

This is a drink which i make more than anything else. Whenever we have a stomach upset, this is the first thing which i made. It gives you immediate relief. This is so easy to make just few ingredients, but the taste is so good. Having this juice daily helps in weightloss too..

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Serves : 2

Ingredients:

Ginger Juice – 2 tblspn
Lemon Juice – 2 tblspn
Honey – 4 tblspn
Cold Water as needed
Icecubes as needed

Method:

Mix all the ingredients and drink immediately.

Pictorial:
Take all your ingredients
grate some ginger
squeeze the juice
Take a serving glass
add ginger juice in
add in lemon juice
add in honey
pour in cold water
time to mix
give a good mix
serve immediately
