Gobi 65 is one of the dish we make in our house more often than anything else. Whenever we buy cauliflower this dish has to be done. Amma insist me to make this always, because this was her favorite. I already have gobi 65 recipe in this which is a little different than this. This one is so easy and far quicker to make. You can check out my simple cauliflower fry recipe too. I will soon post the restaurant style gobi 65 soon.
Cauliflower - 2 cups cut into small florets
Ginger - 1 tblspn
Garlic - 4 cloves
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Rice flour / Arisi Mavu - 2 tblspn
All purpose flour / Maida - 2 tblspn
Cornflour / Cornstarch- 2 tblspn
Salt to tate
Oil for deep frying
Grind ginger and garlic to a paste without adding water.
Now boil cauliflower in salted water till it is tender. It will take around 10 mins. Drain and set aside.
Take that in a bowl and add all the other ingredients except oil and mix well.
Heat oil for deep frying, fry the cauliflower till it is golden. drain in a paper towel.
Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce or ketchup.

|Crush ginger and garlic into a fine paste|
|Boil cauliflower in salted water till it is done|
|Drain it to a bowl|
|Add spice powders, ginger garlic paste, salt|
|Add all the three flours|
|Mix them well|
|Deep fry in hot oil till golden|
|Drain on a paper towel|
|I like to serve it with sweet chilli sauce or ketchup|
