Few weeks back we found dragon fruit in our veg market. I always wanted to taste them, so we picked one as it is so expensive. We cam home and cut it open, it had a beautiful looking flesh in them. We tasted 1/2 the dragon fruit all by itself and i reserved the other half to use in cooking. The next day i found some grapes lying in the fridge. So i decided to make this delicious jelly pudding

This recipe is so simple to make, you need some grape juice, sugar and gelatin. I used a extra ingredient dragon fruit in this, but you can skip it out and use some whole seedless grapes in this as well.
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
Preparation Time : 15 mins
Setting Time  : Overnight
Serves : 5 to 6

Ingredients:
Grape Juice – 3 cup
Gelatin – 3 tblspn
Water – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Dragon Fruit – 2 cups chopped finely
Method:
Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup of water for 5 mins.
Take grape juice in a bowl, add in sugar and mix them really well till sugar is melted.
Now heat the soaked gelatin on low heat till the gelatin is melted. Now pour this into the grape juice and mix well.
Take a mould, place the dragon fruit in the bottom and pour the grape mix over the dragon fruit.
Put this in fridge and let this set overnight.
Now to unmould the pudding, dip the mould in hot water and unmould into serving plate.
Enjoy.

Pictorial:
Take all your ingredients

Start by soaking gelatin

add water over gelatin and let them soak till
you make the rest

Take grapes in a blender

make it into a fine puree

strain them

try to get as much juice as possible

You need around 3 cups of grape juice

now add in sugar

mix well till the sugar is completely melted

Now look the gelatin has softened

Heat it on low heat till the gelatin melts completely

Look the gelatin has melted completely

Now pour this liquid into the grape juice

mix well..You can pour this into moulds and
chill them, but i am going one step further

I bought this beautiful looking dragon fruit
in my supermarket..

scoop the flesh

cut them into small cubes

now take the mould in which you are going to set the jelly

put the dragon fruit cubes in..you can just put
few grapes in this as well

pour the grape mix

now time to chill them

i made one small jelly by pouring the mix into
small glass bowls as well..

now to unmould, dip the bowl in hot water for few sec

pop this into a plate

it will just slide off

just enjoy..
