When i was shopping in my supermarket. I found a bunch of veg looking just like spring onions, but the leaves are much thicker and denser. I asked the keeper what is it, and she told me it is green garlic. I have never seen them or used them in cooking before, So i picked a bunch of those. I decided to use them in a stir fry along with some moong dal so i can enjoy it with some spicy pulikulambu..It turned out to be pretty good..
