Green Gram Puree for Babies with step by step pictures. This is made with Green Gram, Garlic and Cumin Seed.
1)Texture of the puree depends upon you, i would recommend you to make the puree smooth.
2)Your baby wont empty the whole bowl all at once, start with few spoons then increase it gradually as days pass by.
3)In my opinion & experience green gram wont cause any constipation in babies.
4) I don't prefer freezing purees. I make it fresh everyday.

Hi!
I have a question. Do we need to soak dahls before using in any of your recipes? Specifically this one, khichdi powder and the health mix?
Also, i made the khichdi mix without soaking, should i use it or discard it and make a new one?
Thanks!
Aarthi
@Navjot KaurNo issues, you dont have to soak it. But make sure you cook them really well.
