    Gujarati Carrot & Peanut Salad Recipe

    This is one of the gujarati salad recipe. I added some peanuts to give a crunchy texture. I served it with my thali meals like poori and aloo masala.

    About Carrot Sambharo Recipe

    A crunchy, vibrant combination of grated carrots and peanuts is offered in the Carrot Peanut Salad. Carrot salad recipes vary greatly depending on the regional cuisine. that has been shred frequently. Carrot salads with bits of carrot are frequently used as a garnish for other foods.

    Ingredients for Carrot Peanut Salad Recipe

    • Carrot – 2 large grated
    • Peanuts – 3 tblspn crushed
    • Cilantro – 2 tblspn finely chopped

    For Dressing:

    • Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste
    • Sugar – 1 tsp

    Carrot :

    Depending on the colour, size, and region of cultivation, this well- liked and adaptable vegetable may have a slightly different flavour. Carrots have a slightly sweet flavour from the sugar in them, but they can also have an earthy or bitter flavour.

    Peanuts :

    Protein, fibre, and healthy fats are all abundant in peanuts. Additionally, they are rich in B vitamins, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorous. Peanuts are nutrient-rich and low in carbohydrates despite having a lot of calories.

    Cilantro :

    It is frequently consumed as food or employed as a spice. Additionally, cilantro has medicinal benefits. The use of cilantro for cancer, measles, toothaches, and many other conditions is widespread, but there isn't any solid scientific evidence to back it up. The herb cilantro is used to flavour food.

    How to Make Carrot Peanut Salad Recipe

    1. Mix all the ingredients given for the dressing and let it them sit till they dissolve.
    2. Take all the other ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
    3. Pour the dressing over and mix well.
    4. Serve immediately.
