Cooking Time : 10 mins
Vegetables of your choice (i used carrots, beans and spring onions) - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - ½ tsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Sugar - ¼ tsp
Powdered Nuts - 2 tblspn ( i used cashew, badam and walnuts will work too)
Coriander leaves - 1 tblspn finely chopped
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin and let them sizzle.
Add in veggies and mix well. Cook them for 5 mins or so.
Add in salt, sugar and pepper and mix well.
Add in nuts powders and mix well.
Finally add in coriander leaves and give a good mix.
Serve with rice

|now the veggies are done|
