Healthy Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe for Toddlers & Kids

This is a great dish to include veggies in your little ones diet..You can add whatever veggies you like in this. The addition of nuts powder in this makes it more tasty and healthy for your kids. You can serve this with rice or use as a filling in paratha or use as a filling for roti rolls..

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Serves: 2


Ingredients:

Vegetables of your choice (i used carrots, beans and spring onions) – 1 cup
Ghee – 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Sugar – 1/4 tsp
Powdered Nuts – 2 tblspn ( i used cashew, badam and walnuts will work too)
Coriander leaves – 1 tblspn finely chopped

Method:


Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin and let them sizzle.

Add in veggies and mix well. Cook them for 5 mins or so.

Add in salt, sugar and pepper and mix well.

Add in nuts powders and mix well.

Finally add in coriander leaves and give a good mix.

Serve with rice

Take all your ingredients
you can use ghee or butter for this
add little in a pan
add in little cumin seeds..this is optional

now the veggies are done
add salt, sugar and pepper powder to taste
add in nuts powder…( i used cashew, badam and walnuts will work too)
mix well
add coriander leaves
mix well
Serve with rice..
