Hi I check out ur blog often but I have never commented. I think you use too much of fat, maida and baking soda(for idlis!!). Since ur blog is popular u must be careful about what u blog. Especially the posts related to baby food. You are feeding too much solids for ur baby. Babies up until 1 yr needs only milk, solids must be only secondary. Also why feed formula instead of breast milk? Breast milk has low iron content that's why solids r introduced after 6 months to compensate for that deficiency. Ur propaganda is wrong and misleading. Plz talk to ur doc.

@usha arjunYou can take readymade cereal, have a hot flask with water..You can give that, it is more hygenic. I prefer giving nestum. Take banana or any fruits as well. You can take idli too.

Hi aarthi. Can I give coconut water for my lo is going to complete his 8th month in few days.
When I make ragi kanji the sprouted one which u have posted.. The colour of the kanji is very dark means it's does not look like the normally ragi which we have with milk. I don't get that grey colour. Why.

Baby foods are normally what the new parents want to feed their babies. And most probably they don't have any idea about different baby food recipes according to the time of the day or night. Your blogs are very much informative for me and many parents. Finding so many stuffs in one place is really going to change the way moms feed their babies. Many believe that whatever adults it, we can give that thing to babies by grinding them. But it may or may not helpful in giving the right vitamins to the baby's body. Anyways, thanks for such a valuable blog post.

Awesome blog. I’ve been read all the comments and went through the recepies and also tried them . But I also prefer nutritional carry out food for my baby. I would like to share one of my personal experience with you all which will help you to feed your baby. I’m mom of a 7 months old baby girl and she was born weak. After trying the doctors prescription, I was fed up because my baby was not healthy. I was recommended by a friend of mine to use happibo products. Then I started using the products and found that the products are worth buying. I’m really very happy with the products as my baby loves the food and she is healthy now.
