    Ingredients
      

    • Banana Flower - 1
    • Curd - 2 tblsp
    • Water - 1 bowl

    Instructions
     

    • Take banana flower and remove the petals one by one. Then remove each bunch of flower inside the petals.
    • Now take a single flower and remove the tall segment and the small petal like part from it. Discard both of it.
    • Soak the banana petals in a bowl of water which is mixed with curd. This prevents it from getting black.
    • Now once you have removed all the tough outer segments from the banana flower. You will each a tender inner part. Chop it pretty finely and soak in the same water. You can chop the banana flower and use in cooking,

    Prevent your screen from going dark

    1)First grease your hands with coconut oil, else your fingers and nails can get dark

    2)Take your banana flower

    3)Peel off the petals one by one.

    4)Remove the banana flower from inside.

    5)Remove it till you reach the inner tender part of the flower

    6)Now take each flower and remove both of the parts shown below

    7)Remove the tall segment and small petal like piece. Discard both of it.

    8)Now put all the flower in a bowl filled with water and some curd mixed in. So the banana flower wont turn black.

    9)Now take the tender banana flower

    10)Cut it in half

    11)Chop it pretty finely

    12)Soak it in the same water. Use in your recipes
