It is the holiday season and the first thing which strikes you when you think of appetizers are cheeses..A cheese board can make any party special..Creating you own cheese board is not a big deal. it is so easy than slaving hours over hot stove. In this post i will try to cover the main things..All the cheeses are picked from local Acme Stores. A cheesesale is about to happen in your local acme stores starting from Nov 20th to Nov 25th. Head over to the store and stock up your favourite cheeses with a whopping 25% off on your cheese purchases.
1) Pick a variety of cheeses starting from a mild and subtle tasting cheese to a strong and bold cheeses.
2)Choose the best board for your cheese, you can either use a wooden or ceramic or whatever your heart desires.
3)Arrange the cheeses in order from mildest to strongest. Dont over crowd the board, leaves some spaces between each cheeses.
4) You can fill the spaces between the cheeses with assortment of crackers, bread, fruits, cured meat., olives and condiments..
5)Try to have separate knifes for each kind of cheese, have spreader for the creamy cheese like brie and goat cheese and a knife for hard cheeses like cheddar, pecorino romano.
6)Cheese and wine makes a great pair, so feel free to serve it with this.
7)Most Imp : Serve your cheese at room temp for best flavour.
The cheese which has displayed in this board are
1)Gouda
2)Brie
3)Sharp Cheddar
4)Jarlsberg Semi Soft Cheese
5)Blue Cheese
6)Goats Cheese
Paired with,
Crackers

Crusty French Bread
Okay now moving onto the fun giveaway part.
