Flax seed is a great substitute for eggs in baking recipes. You can add this in cakes, cookies, breads, muffins or any baking recipes instead of egg. The below measurement is perfect for 1 egg in recipes. You can increase it as per your need. I used this flax egg to make my cheese muffins and it worked great. I am yet to try on other recipes.

How to Make Flax Egg
- Flax seed meal - 1 tblsp
- Warm Water - 3 tblsp
(THIS YIELDS ONE FLAX EGG)
- Mix both ingredients together and set aside for 5 mins.
- You can use this in any baking recipes that calls for egg.
2)The above measurement is equal to 1 egg.
3)This is great in cakes, muffins, cupcakes and bread.
1)Take flax seed powder or flax meal in a bowl. I used 1 tblsp of flax meal. This measurement is substitute for 1 egg in every recipe.
2)Add 3 tblsp of warm water.

6)Thats it, your flax egg is done.
