How to Make Flax Egg – Egg Substitute in Baking with step wise pictures.

Flax Egg – Best Substitute for Egg. Super recipe for egg substitute in baked goodies. This can be used in cakes, muffins, bread, cupcakes as egg substitute.

Flax seed is a great substitute for eggs in baking recipes. You can add this in cakes, cookies, breads, muffins or any baking recipes instead of egg. The below measurement is perfect for 1 egg in recipes. You can increase it as per your need. I used this flax egg to make my cheese muffins and it worked great. I am yet to try on other recipes.
