    How to Make Fondant Teddy Bear - Fondant Teddy Bear Step By Step Tutorial

    Working with fondant can be quite fun, it is just like making sculptures out of clay. So easy and so much fun. Couple of days back i was in a mood to create some animals using that..So i decided to take pics as well, since many of you guys were asking me this..I used marshmallow fondant for this and it worked like a charm..

    I referred some website and videos to create this teddy bear. I am telling you this is just to give you a idea, because i am not a professional and these wont look so professional. But i think it is okay to make your kids happy..

    I used my Homemade Marshmallow Fondant for this and it worked like a charm..
    Pictorial:

    Take a portion of fondant

    Make a big ball for body and small ball for head

    now take another portion of fondant for the hands..roll it into smooth round

    use a finger to roll it

    keep rolling like this

    now take the bigger ball..which is the body

    use a brush to apply some water on top

    stick the hand like this

    now brush some water on top of the hands

    place the head on top

    this is a smiley tool

    now take a small portion of fondant to make legs

    roll like this..make one more like this too

    now lift the teddy and apply some water on the bottom of the teddy

    stick like this..this form the legs

    now lets make the ears..take a small ball

    you need this tool..dip it lightly in icing sugar first

    cut it in half..this gives you two ears

    so it forms like this

    brush some water on the head lightly

    stick the ears on

    i made small tiny ball and flattened it slightly and sticked it for nose..I made a dimple in the tummy using the tool which i used for making eyes

    i took some mustard seeds

    sticked it in the eyes

    How cute is this..Dry it for few hours, before placing it over your cake..
