Italian Stir Fry Sausages Recipe

I dont buy sausages often, few days back i got mails from few viewers to share sausage recipes. So i bought couple packets of chicken sausages to try some recipes. Here is the first recipe which i made a italian style stir fry sausages.

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 5 mins
Serves: 2 to 3


Ingredients:

Chicken Sausages – 10 sliced in diagnals
Butter – 2 tblspn
Garlic – 6 fat cloves chopped finely
Italian Seasoning to taste
Chilli Flakes to taste
Cilantro chopped finely as needed
Salt to taste
Water a splash


Method:

Heat butter in a pan, add garlic and saute for a min or so on low heat.

Add sausages and cook till it gets golden, add in a splash of water and mix well.

Add in italian seasoning, chilli flakes, salt and cilantro. Mix well.

Serve hot.

    I prepare something like this. However, I also add 1 large tomato (finely chopped) after the garlic is sauteed. The tomato adds a tang all its own. Mani Menon
