    I am making this smoothie more often nowadays, since it is mango season and i am loving it. You can add any of your favorite fruits and make this..I already have a strawberry oats smoothie & dates oats smoothie , but this one is a little different one..

    I loved my homemade oats flour, because it is so better than adding raw oatmeal in this. Since we have toasted it for a couple of mins, the raw smell is not there but the health benefits has no change..You have to try this recipe and let me know how it turns out for you..

    Preparation Time : 5 mins
    Serves : 2

    Ingredients:
    Ripe Mangoes - 1 cup peeled and cubed
    Homemade Oats Flour - 2 tblspn
    Curd / Yogurt - ½ cup
    Milk - ½ cup
    Sugar / Honey to taste

    Method:
    Take all ingredients in a blender and make it into a smooth mix.
    Pour into glass and serve.
