Matcha Bubble Tea Latte Recipe

Bubble Tea is a popular drink in taiwan. It is most favorite drink of many. I started loving it from our recent trip to thailand. Ever since i was looking to make bubble tea at home. So when i found out boba pearls in amazon immediately i bought a pack of it. Now i am off to make many flavours of boba or bubble tea.

You can make boba pearls at home but it is pretty time consuming, so i prefer to buy it. But dont worry i will soon share the recipe of making it at home.

Matcha Bubble Tea Latte Recipe

Matcha bubble tea latte with step by step pictures. Bubble Tea taste amazing and is very refreshing to drink. This drink is pretty healthy as well.

Ingredients

  • Boba Pearls - 1/4 cup
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Sugar as needed
  • Matcha Green Tea - 2 tsp
  • Water - 1 tblsp

Instructions

  • Bring water to a boil. Add in boba pearls and cook till it floats on top. After that cook for another 5 mins. Drain and set aside.
  • Take matcha in a bowl, add little wateer and mix well till smooth.
  • Take milk, matcha mix, sugar in a blender and blend till frothy.
  • Now add cooked boba in a cup, pour over the matcha mix and mix well.
  • Serve cold.

Pictorial:

1)Take tapioca pearls. You can buy it from here

2)This is how it looks

3)Bring lots of water to a boil

4)Add tapioca pearls

5)Boil till it floats on top and cook on low heat for 5 mins

6)Drain it

1)Take your matcha green tea

2)You can easily buy this online in amazon

3)Take little amount in a bowl

4)Add very little water and mix well

5)Take cold milk in a blender

6)Add in thee matcha

7)Add any sweetner as you like

8)Now blend this

9)Mix till it is frothy and combined

10)Like this

11)Take a serving glass

12)Take cooked boba in a cup

13)Pour the latte over it.

14)Mix well and serve.
