      Microwave Chocolate Cherry Cake  Recipe

We have been cleaning the entire house today after some busy weeks. Suddenly i started to crave for chocolate, i don't know how it hit for me..I wanted something sweet, chocolaty so badly. When i searched my fridge i found the Cherry which was left from my panna cotta dish. I decided to use that so i can post it for the recipe carnival.

About Microwave Chocolate Cherry Cake Recipe

I decided to microwave the cake because i cannot wait for another 20 mins to dig in. So i came up with this recipe. I also made a wonderful coulis using Red Cherry.

This coulis made the cake so fresh and yummy. I loved the warm cake which is drizzled with this yummy sauce, Traditionally the coulis should be strained, but i left it chunky because i want some texture in the coulis. I also drizzled this coulis over some ice cream and had it, it was like heaven.

Ingredients for Microwave Chocolate Cherry Cake Recipe

    • Wheat Flour / Atta - 5 tbsp
    • Cocoa - 2 tbsp
    • Sugar - 3 tbsp
    • Oil - 3 tbsp ( I used Coconut Oil)
    • Canned Red Cherry - ½ cup Chopped
    • Milk - 6 tbsp
    • Baking Soda - ½ tsp

    For Cherry Coulis:

    • Canned Red Cherry - ½ cup
    • Sugar - 1 tbsp
    • Lemon - a sprintz

    6. Now remove them from the oven and let it stand for a min.

This sounds wonderful, aren't microwave cakes the best? I can't believe the pillowy texture they have---and the cherries can't hurt in this one, either.
