This cake took me 1.5 mins to make and the end result was so fluffy, moist and delicious..You have to try it to see the result..
Cooking Time : 1 to 2 mins
Serves : 1
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 3 tblspn
Sugar - 4 tblspn
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 2 tblspn
Instant Coffee Powder - ½ tsp or increase as your liking
Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ¼ tsp
Oil or Melted Butter - 1 tblspn + for greasing mug
Milk or Water -5 tblspn
Vanilla Essence - ½ tsp
Chocolate Chips - 3 tblspn ( Milk or Dark as you wish)
Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Grease a microwave safe mug, grease it well with oil.
Pour the batter in and pop it in microwave and cook for 1 to 2 mins. Mine got done in 1.5 mins.
Remove it from oven, let it cool a bit, serve with a scoop of icecream or as it is..

|Add in coffee powder|
|and some baking soda|
|make a well in the center|
|add in oil|
|and some vanilla|
|add in some chocolate chips|
|take a coffee mug|
|I love this one|
|grease it with some oil|
|pour the batter in|
|pop it in microwave|
|cook for 2 mins, actually mine got done in 1 min and 30 sec, so keep a close eye on it|
|remove it and let it cool a little|
|so moist and so fluffy|
