    Mixed Legumes Curry

Whenever i go for shopping, i used to buy variety of beans and legumes. As soon as i come home, i used to soak them in separate containers overnight, drain them and freeze them in ziploc bags. This way i have them handy whenever i need them. But as days pass by, i end up with bit of beans left in each bag which wont be enough to make a entire meal from one of the bags. At that time i put all of them together and cook a simple and flavourful curry. This is my go to curry recipe..

@AnonymousFreeze them in a 1 cup measure into individual small bags. When u are cooking, take them out of freezer, open the bag, pop them into a bowl, cover with some water and let them sit in the water for 3 to 5 mins. Now drain them, add it to pressure cooker and cook as you do.
