    Mushroom Fried Rice Recipe

    Fried Rice are my favourite, because it is so easy to whip up, plus it taste so yummy. If you have leftover cooked rice, then this is so much easier..You can make this with anything and it absorbs the flavour of the ingredient which you add.

    This  mushroom fried rice is so tasty. You dont need any sidedish for this. It is delicious on its own.

    Cooking Time : 15
    mins
    Serves : 2 to 3
    Ingredients:
    Oil - 2 tblspn
    Basmati Rice - 3
    cups cooked
    Ginger - 1 tblspn
    finely chopped
    Garlic - 6 fat
    cloves finely chopped
    Green Chillies - 2
    finely chopped
    Onions - 1 medium
    size chopped finely
    Mushrooms - 15 to 20
    sliced thinly
    Salt to taste
    Sugar - 1 tsp
    Soy Sauce - 2 tsp or
    to taste
    Vinegar / Lemon
    Juice - 2 tsp or to taste
    Black Pepper Power -
    1 tsp
    Spring Onions - 4
    tblspn finely chopped green part alone
    Method:
    For Cooking Rice:
    Wash and soak
    basmati rice for 30 mins. Now boil lots of water in a pan, add in salt. Once
    the water comes to a rolling boil, add in drained rice. Boil this for 6 to 7
    mins till the rice is 90 percent done..It will be long and when u taste it, it
    will have a little bite. Drain it in a strainer. Cool it before adding to fried
    rice, the previous day rice is best for fried rice.
    For Fried Rice:
    Heat oil in a pan,
    add in ginger, garlic, chillies, onions and saute for a min on very high heat,
    Add in mushrooms and
    toss well for 3 to 4 mins till it is browned and cooked
    Add in salt, sugar
    and toss well.
    Add in cooked rice
    and toss well on high heat.
    Add in soy sauce,
    vinegar and pepper powder. Mix well.
    Add in spring onion
    and toss well.
    Serve hot.
