No Bake Chocolate Bar

No Bake Chocolate Bar
This is one of the recipe that don’t need any cooking…It just needs mixing and chilling..such a easy recipe,but really tasty one..This recipe calls for peanut butter,I used my homemade peanut butter which was perfect for this one..If you want to check the recipe click here..It is really a simple recipe,you could give this as a snack for kids..its really healthy too…I recommend not to freeze this, just keep this in fridge…Hope you try this dish and let me know what you think..

Ingrediants:

For Base:
Cracker-1 cup powdered
Peanut Butter-1 cup(Click here for recipe)
Butter-1/2 cup
Sugar-1 cup powdered
For topping:
Dark Chocolate-1 cup chopped
Butter-1 tblspn
Honey-1 tblspn
Method:
In a mixing bowl,add in butter and sugar and mix well.Add in peanut butter and mix well.
Add in powdered crackers and tip this into a foil lined tin.Press it with your hands..
Now melt chocolate along with butter in microwave or double boiler.Add in honey and mix well.
Pour this over the cracker and spread it evenly.
Chilli it in fridge for 1 hour and cut into squares.Serve and enjoy.

Powder the crackers
Cream butter and sugar
add in peanut butter
Mix well…
Add in the powdered cracker
mix well
Tip this in to the tin and press it evenly
Ingrediants for toppings
Melt everything…
put this on top of cracker layer..Chill it
Cut it into squares
Ready to enjoy..
All done…

Dig in…

    I like that you used homemade peanut butter. I prefer that to store bought since I've learned how to make my own as well. These look perfect for my little man for dessert or a special snack. Yummy!

    I have a similar recipe that uses graham crackers and confectioner's sugar. I stopped making them becuase I would easily eat the whole pan by myself! Now you've reminded me how much I love these.
