Paneer Milk Curry Recipe

This is fast to make and taste yummy with chapati or poori or bhaturas..Its been a while since i shared any paneer recipes, so i decided to make this quick fix curry and share it with you all.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serves: 4


Ingredients:

Oil – 3 to 4 tblspn
Paneer – 200 grams cubed
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 large chopped finely
Tomato – 2 chopped finely
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tblspn
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar – 1 tsp
Milk – 1 cup
Cornflour – 2 tsp
Water as needed

Method:

Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add paneer and fry till golden brown. Remove it to a bowl and set aside.

Mix cornflour with milk and set aside.

In the same oil add cumin and let it sizzle. Add onions and fry till golden. Add tomatoes and cook till mushy. Add salt and turmeric.

Now add in all spice powders and water and cook till raw smell leaves from it. 

Now add in paneer and mixwell. Add sugar and mix well.

Add water and milk mix and mix well.

Simmer for 5 mins.

Serve.

Prepare all your ingredients

drain and set aside

add cornflour to milk and mix well

set aside

in the same oil

add cumin 

add onions

fry till golden

add tomatoes

add salt and turmeric

mix well

now it is all cooked well

keep cooking till tomatoes turn mushy

add chilli, coriander, cumin and garam masala powder

add little water

cook everything till oil separates

add sugar

add paneer

mix well

add milk mix

add extra water and simmer for 5 mins..done

    Can i use freesed panerr directly or is put paneer in hot water before make cubes
