Hai Friends….Hope you all getting ready for a great weekend…I don’t know about you,But I am ready for great great weekend…
As you guys know that I had a very very tiring month without a single weekend(because of work pressure)..So I am gonna rock this weekend…
Rocking includes “Take a Good Nap and Eat well and Try to do some Shopping”…But I have decided to sleep most of the time(Yes… I feel like I didn’t sleep this entire month)

Now Back to Business Or Pleasure…First let me ask you a question…
How many of you like Chicken and mushrooms with some garlic in it cooked in olive oil and finished with some cream and this entire goodness topped over some “Al Dente” Penne Pasta…
I can see so many hands going up!! That’s what we are going to make today…So Jumping back to the recipe…Try it and I know you will like it….
Ingrediants:
Penne Pasta-2 cup
Mushroom-1 cup sliced
Chicken-2 big Piece(I used Chicken thigh)
Onion-1 sliced
Garlic-6 cloves chopped finely
Cream- 1/2 cup
Butter-2 tblspn
Olive oil-1 tblspn
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves / Cilantro for garnishing
Parmesan cheese for garnishing
Method:
Cook Pasta in lots of salted water as per package directions..Drain it and set aside.
In a frying pan add butter and add the chicken pieces skin side down..Season with salt and pepper.Cook on both sides till done and set aside…Allow it to cool down and cut into slices..
In the same pan add olive oil and saute some onions till translucent…Add in garlic and mix well..
Add in mushroom pieces and saute till it gets nicely browned…
Season with salt and pepper…Add in the chicken pieces and mix well.
Pour in the cream and mix well..let it come to a good bubble..
Pour this over the pasta and mix well…let everything gets warmed up..
Serve hot sprinkled with lots of parmesan cheese and cilantro…
Pictorial:
All your yummy stuffs…
First step is to cook the pasta….
Then take a onion and slice it down…Same goes to mushrooms
Take some garlic cloves and chop it finely
Sear some chicken on both sides…Don’t forget to season them with salt and pepper…Slice them too…
Can you see the flavour the chicken left in the pan…Add some olive oil to develop the flavour deeply..
Add in onions and toss well…
Throw in the Chopped Garlic…
and the mushrooms….
Season them with salt
and some pepper…
Cook them till it looks like this…
Throw in the chicken pieces….Now comes the main part…Drizzle in some heavy cream…
looks so good….
Let it come to a good bubble up…
Throw this sauce over the pasta…
mix all up..
Rush out and Grate some cheese
Throw a handful in….if you wish you could throw two handfuls….
Immediately tip it in a plate and Dig in….
Enjoy…
