Ingredients:

Biscuits – as needed ( I used milk bikis)
Milk – 1 cup
Cream – 1 cup
Pineapples – 3 cups chopped
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Pineapple Essence – few drops

Method:

Take pineapples, sugar in a sauce pan and cook till it gets thick. Add in essence and mix well. Set aside to cool down.

Now take cream in a bowl and whip it up. Add in pineapple mix and fold gently. Set aside.

Take biscuits and dip it in milk and arrange it in a pan, spoon little of the cream mix and spread evenly. Now layer another layer of milk soaked biscuits and top with cream. You can do one more layer of biscuit and cream as well.
