    Pineapple Biscuit Pudding

I get many emails from my viewers to share easy puddings and desert ideas..This is one recipe which i made recently and it is addictive..It needs a handful of ingredients which u must be already having on hand. The taste is just fantastic.

    About this Recipe

Pudding is a type of food that can be either a dessert or a savoury dish served alongside the main course. The reason for using ‘pudding’instead of dessert is due to the British class system. Pudding used to refer to simple and rustic desserts popular among the lower classes, such as spotted dick and rice pudding. The original version of the pudding dates back to the 14th century.

The British made a porridge called ‘frumenty’ which was made of beef and mutton with raisins, wines, currants, and spices. Pudding was more like soup at the time and was eaten during the Christmas season.

Eating a few slices of fresh pineapple every day can help your digestion by cleaning the bodys organs and blood, increase your energy intake and boost metabolism, nourish your hair, skin, nails, and teeth, and keep you healthy in general.

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.

Ingredients for Pineapple Biscuit Pudding Recipe :

    • 20 Biscuits ( I used milk bikis)
    • 1 cup Milk
    • 1 cup Cream
    • 3 cups Pineapples chopped
    • ½ cup Sugar
    • ¼ tsp Pineapple Essence

    Pineapples :
Pineapple has a distinct tropical fruit flavour that is both sweet and
tart. Because the base of the fruit contains more sugar, pieces from
that area will be sweeter and more tender.

    Sugar :
Sugars make many foods more palatable by improving flavour and
mouthfeel. They also extend the shelf life of foods, add viscosity, and
    act as a bulking agent.
