    Pista Barfi Recipe

Diwali is around the corner.  So it is time to think of all the dessert and snacks which we are planning to make for diwali.

    About Pista Burfi Recipe (Barfi)

This is the time to celebrate and indulge. I have already noted down all the recipes which i have to try for this diwali. This is my first recipe and it is super easy to make as well.

Barfi, also known as barfee, borfi, or burfi, is a dense milk-based Indian sweet. The name is derived from the Hindustani word for snow, barf. Besan barfi, kaju barfi, pista barfi, and sing barfi are all popular types of barfi. Barfis main ingredients are milk powder and sugar.

    Ingredients for Pista Burfi Recipe

    Pistachio

Pistachios have a sweet and subtle flavour and are commonly eaten as a snack as well as to flavour both sweet and savoury dishes.

    Milk Powder

Powdered milk is an excellent substitute for fresh milk because it contains the same vitamins and minerals as fresh milk and can be easily mixed into drinks and shakes. However, it tastes very different from regular milk, and many people find it unpleasant to their taste buds.

    Ghee

Ghee tends to be one of those hyperbole-inducing foods, like macarons and gelato, that people describe quite dramatically as being heavenly or the best thing ever. In actuality, ghee tastes like a cleaner, richer, more decadent version of butter itself.
