A great snack for kids and for adults as well. It is quite easy to make and taste delicious. I used wheat bread so i find it a little dense, if you use white bread it will just great.
Cooking Time : 25 to 30 mins
Makes : 6 to 8 balls
Oil - 1 tsp + for deep frying
Onion - 1 medium size chopped finely
Curry leaves a spring chopped finely
Green Chillies - 1 chopped finely
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Potatoes - 2 large boiled, peeled and mashed
Heat oil in a pan, add in onions, curry leaves, chillies, salt and saute for a min.
Now add in all spice powders and toss well.
Pour this in mashed potatoes and mix well. Divide it into equal portions. Shape it into balls.
Take bread slices and dip into water, squeeze and mash well.
Take small portion, flatten it slightly, put potato ball in the center, cover it up, smooth it up.
Heat oil for deep frying. Drop balls in, and fry till golden.
Drain and serve.

|now take a small portion from this|
|shape it into ball|
|flatten it slightly|
|place a ball in the center|
|cover it up|
|shape it into smooth balls|
|fry in hot oil|
