Hi Aarthi, Your blog looks GREAT!!!! Uma and Eswari introduced me to your page here. I had no idea you had such a wonderful food blog going. And food blogs are the best kind of blogs in the world!!

This curry looks really yummy. I have a bunch of potatoes at home, and now I know exactly what to do with them!

I read your whole blog and your posts are well written. i especially love the pictures and the clear step-by-step instructions.

Keep up the great work! And I'm certainly looking forward to more recipes from you. Maybe I can't make 7 dishes in one day, but I can certainly try a few.

    Thanks Aarthi! 🙂

I made it today, because I had lots of curd that had to be used quickly. My husband doesn't usually like to have potato dishes with rice, but he said it was "not bad at all", he even got seconds. I liked that it was so tangy and yet creamy. Yum!
