    Super crispy and delicious dosa made using makki flour. This dosa is not only easy to make but taste amazing with some chutney on the side.

    Ingredients
      

    • Makki Atta - 1 cup
    • Ragi Dosa - ½ cup
    • Rice Flour - ½ cup
    • Salt to taste
    • Water as needed
    • Oil - as needed

    Instructions
     

    • Mix all flour with salt, water. Mix well to a smooth batter.
    • Heat a tawa. Make dosa. Drizzle oil around around the sides.
    • Cook till done. Flip over and cook.
    • Serve with chutney.
