- Makki Atta - 1 cup
- Ragi Dosa - 1/2 cup
- Rice Flour - 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil - as needed
- Mix all flour with salt, water. Mix well to a smooth batter.
- Heat a tawa. Make dosa. Drizzle oil around around the sides.
- Cook till done. Flip over and cook.
- Serve with chutney.
