Ragi Makki Dosa Recipe – Corn and Fingermillet Dosa Recipe with step wise pictures.

Ragi Makki Dosa Recipe

Ingredients

  • Makki Atta - 1 cup
  • Ragi Dosa - 1/2 cup
  • Rice Flour - 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil - as needed

Instructions

  • Mix all flour with salt, water. Mix well to a smooth batter.
  • Heat a tawa. Make dosa. Drizzle oil around around the sides.
  • Cook till done. Flip over and cook.
  • Serve with chutney.
