    Red velvet Cookies

Red velvet baked goodies are getting more and more popular these days. I have already shared a red velvet cake and cupcake recipe in this blog. This one is a red velvet cookies which i baked few days back. I also made a red velvet crinkles which will be shared soon.

    About Red velvet cookies

This cookies was a super duper hit, they were soft and very chocolaty. It was delicious. The chocolate chips added into the dough is so soft and molten, the chips which were pressed on top were gooey and gave a lovely presentation look.

The main thing you have to keep in mind is to chill the dough for atleast 1 hour before you bake, since it will help to make the cookies stay in shape else it will spread a lot. So that is the main point. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.
