Rose Milk Popsicles Recipe / Rose Popsicles Recipe

You know how much i love popsicles, they have become my latest favourite and addiction too. I am making quite a lot of popsicles these days not only for my blog but also to enjoy on this hot summer days..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Freezing Time : Overnight
Makes : 3 to 4 popsicles

Ingredients:

Full Fat Milk – 2 cup (Boiled and Cooled)
Sugar – 3 tblspn or more to taste
Rosemilk Essence – Few drops

Method:

Mix all the ingredients. Pour it into popsicle mould.

Cover the mould with plastic wrap, make a small slash in the middle, pop a icecream stick in the center.

Freeze overnight. When unmoulding, run the mould under tap water and slowly remove it.

Enjoy.
Pictorial:
You will need milk, sugar and rosemilk essence
Take boiled and cooled milk in a jug
add in some sugar
add in few drops of rosemilk essence
mix well
Now it is all mixed up nicely
Take your popsicle mould
pour it in
now it is filled
cover it with plastic wrap
once it is completely covered
take a knife and poke a hole in the center
Put a popsicle stick in the center
now time to freeze them
freeze them overnight
now it is frozen
run them under tap water for few sec
remove it carefully
Enjoy before it melts

    I tried this today,. But my popsicles stick came out separately even after showing under running water..what would have gone wrong??.. I didn't use full fat milk

    @Iswarya Balasubramaniyanthat means you didn't showed it enough under running water. Show it under running water and try to remove the popsicle gently, if you pull it vigourously then the stick will come right off.
