Muffin |
I love making muffins because they look good and they are easy too..and also you don’t need to find a knife to cut it..This muffin is not the sweet kind,it is a savoury version….This is adopted from one of nigella’s recipe, but I modified it to my style.the desiccated coconut in this recipe is completely optional.I used regular amul cheese for this, but you could use any cheese..The orginal recipe call for mustard but I substituted it with green chilli..Still it cameout good…This is really a simple dish just mix everything together in one bowl and bake it in muffin holders..The main thing for a lighter muffin is don’t over mix your batter,Just use a fork and mix the batter till it gets combined…So please try this and let me know what you think….

Flour- 2 cups / 250 gms
Wheat flour- 2/3 cup / 70 gms
Grated cheese- 11/2 cup / 125 gms
