I have mentioned about the granadine syrup which hubby got for me in my blue curacao mocktail recipe post. I used that to make a yummy pink lemonade drink and it is not an ordinary drink, it is a sparkling one. Sparkling makes everything taste so sparklingly yummy right..

I still have more than half a bottle left in both the curacao syrup as well as this grenadine syrup. Let me know if you have any recipes which uses that..

    Preparation Time : 10 mins

    Serves - 1

    Ingredients:

Grenadine Syrup- 1 to 2 tblspn (I used Monin)
Lemon Juice - 1 tblspn or to taste

    Icecubes as needed
Simple Syrup - 2 to 3 tblspn or as needed (Recipe below)
    Club Soda as needed

    For Simple Syrup:

    Sugar - 1 cup

    Water - 2 cup

    Method:
    Start by
making Simple Syrup. Take sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring it to a
boil and mix till sugar is dissolved. Simmer for 5 mins. Switch off the
flame and allow it to cool down. Store this in a clean sterlized bottle
and keep in fridge till you need it.

To make the lemonade. Take a serving glass, Add in lemon juice, simple syrup, grenadine and icecubes

Now pour in soda water and mix, mix and mix..

    Serve immediately.

    Notes:
    You
can keep the simple syrup in fridge and enjoy it whenever you need it.
You can store this upto 3 months or more when properly refrigerated.
