I got so many request from viewers to share beef recipes. The only reason why i haven’t shared any is i dont eat them. But when i told that to hubby, he said that he likes them so i can cook it for him alone. I was glad that i can share few recipes of that here so it may help you guys..Today he bought some beef, so i decided to make a simple curry or masala using that and make a biryani too. Hubby told that it tasted really really good and he asked me to make some more recipe too in future..

Hey aarthi… Can we use amul cream instead of coconut milk??
@Ttalksno coconut milk gives the flavour
Very very nice, the way you used clear pictures for every stage was genius.
What would be nice is to also explain if the amount of meat used is more like 1 or 2 kg, then does everything increase proportionately? So for 2 kg meat do I use 4 times of everything else?
Not a lot of sites have it presented this way, well done and thank you.
yes if amount of meat increases then everything increases
it was too good to describe in words really. i reduced the chilli a bit, else the same recipe i followed to the 'T'. Lovvvved it. Gave us a taste of home in a land far away. thank you so much for all the hardwork you put into this blog. It makes amateur cooks, like myself, cook confidently.
Hi.. Instead of coconut milk can I use curd?
