Simple Stir Fried Rice with leftover Rice

This is a ultimate recipe for Left over rice.This recipe calls for simple ingrediants and very easy preparation.This is best served piping hot.So next time if you have a bunch of left over rice,please  try this…Off you go for the recipe..

 


Ingrediants:
Cooked Rice-3 cups
Onion-1 finely chopped
Peas-1 cup
Egg-4
Soya sauce-1 tblspn or to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper-1 tsp
Oil-1 tblspn
Spring onion-for garnishing
Method:
Beat eggs with a little bit of salt.In a kadai add a tsp of oil and add in the eggs.scramble the eggs,remove it and set it aside.
In the kadai add some more oil and fry some onions,then add in the cooked rice and mix well.
Add in the soy sauce and mix well.Now add in the peas, scrambled eggs and mix well.
Add some salt and pepper and mix well.garnish with spring onion and serve hot.

Take all your ingrediants
Left over rice
Beat your eggs with some salt..(The trick for this rich yellow colour is i added some turmeric powder)
heat oil in a kadai
pour in the eggs
Scramble it
Remove and set aside
Saute some onions
cook till translucent
add in rice
fry for 2 mins
pour in soy sauce
and mix well
add in peas
and scrambled eggs
season with salt and pepper
mix well
garnish with spring onion
mix again
Serve piping hot

    Thanks for the recipe, Aarthi! I always wonder what the heck I am supposed to do with left-over rice. It is boring to eat it with other left over curries, and kanji (porridge) is not exciting. Stir-fry rice sounds delicious and fun! I am going to try this soon. 🙂
