    Scrambled Tofu Recipe(Tofu Bhurji)

    Coming back to todays recipe. If you need any quick side dish or thinking to go healthy on that day then make this. This dish has tons of protein in it since tofu is packed completely with protein. I always prefer tofu for paneer. Since it is healthy and fat free you don’t need to feel guilty while having this.T ry this and let me know what you think.

    How to Make Scrambled Tofu Recipe (Tofu Bhurji)

    • Heat oil in a kadai. Add in cumin seeds and let it crackle.
    • Now add in onions, green chillies and mix well. Cook until it gets light golden.
    • Add in all chilli, coriander, turmeric, cumin powders and mix well.
    • Add in tomatoes and cook until it turns mushy.
    • Now add in garam masala powder and mix well.Pour a splash of water and bring it to a boil.
    • Add the scrambled tofu and mix well.
    • Cook everything for 5 mins . Garnish with cilantro and mix well.
    • Serve with roti.

    Ingredients

    • 1 block Tofu scrambled
    • 1 Onion chopped finely
    • 2 Tomatoes chopped finely
    • 1 Green Chilli chopped finely
    • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
    • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
    • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
    • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
    • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
    • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
    • 1 tbsp Oil
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tsp Sugar
    • Coriander Leaves for garnishing

    Instructions

    • Heat oil in a kadai. Add in cumin seeds and let it crackle.

      Tofu is only as nice as the ingredients you put in, I think it does not have much taste on its own. This one looks really delicious.
