Tomato Scrambled Eggs
Scrambled eggs are so versatile..They can pair pretty much with anything. I have quite a few scrambled eggs recipes in my blog..I love them so much, i cannot stop inventing new recipes.I also have a spinach scrambled eggs which is made with egg whites and cheese. This is a recipe which i made for breakfast one day. It is made mumbai style with pav bhaji masala powder. Tasted just amazing. Love it so much with toasted bread and ketchup.
Ingredients for Tomato Scrambled Eggs
- Eggs - 2
- Oil - 1 tblspn
- Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp
- Tomato - 2 chopped finely
- Green Chilli - 1 chopped finely
- Salt to taste
- Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 tsp
- Sugar a pinch
- Coriander leaves - 3 tblspn chopped finely
How to Make Tomato Scrambled Eggs
- Heat oil in a pan, add in cumin and let it splatter.
- Add in tomatoes, green chillies and cook till it get rid of raw smell.
- Season in salt, sugar and pav bhaji masala powder.
- Pour in eggs and scramble as per your liking.
- Add in coriander leaves and mix well.
- Serve with toast.
