Tomato Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Scrambled eggs are so versatile..They can pair pretty much with anything..I have quite a few scrambled eggs recipes in my blog..I love them so much, i cannot stop inventing new recipes.I also have a spinach scrambled eggs which is made with egg whites and cheese…This is a recipe which i made for breakfast oneday. It is made mumbai style with pav bhaji masala powder. Tasted just amazing. Love it so much with toasted bread and ketchup..

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Serves: 1 or 2


Ingredients:

Eggs – 2
Oil – 1 tblspn
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam – 1 tsp
Tomato – 2 chopped finely
Green Chilli – 1 chopped finely
Salt to taste
Pav Bhaji Masala – 2 tsp
Sugar a pinch
Coriander leaves – 3 tblspn chopped finely

Method:

Heat oil in a pan, add in cumin and let it splatter.

Add in tomatoes, green chillies and cook till it get rid of raw smell.

Add in salt, sugar and pav bhaji masala powder.

Add in eggs and scramble as per your liking.

Add in coriander leaves and mix well.

Serve with toast.

Take all your ingredients
Heat little oil and crackle some cumin
add in tomatoes and green chillies
mix well
cook that till it gets thick
add salt and pav bhaji masala powder
add a pinch of sugar
mix wlel
crack open eggs
mix well
cook as per your liking
add coriander leaves
done
Serve with toast

    Is there any alternative for pavam banjo masala?

      use chilli powder with some garam masala and amchoor powder
