Vallarai Keerai or Brahmi leaves which it is called in english is really healthy for us and increases memory power, so good for kids. I have three recipes of that keerai in this blog, check out my vallarai keerai sambar, vallarai keerai thogayal. This is another simple recipe which can be prepared using that keerai.

I made this kootu so many days before and served it with paruppu rasam and vazhakkai chukka fry. It was truly yummy, vallarai keerai has a little bitterness, so i added a tiny bit of sugar to balance it and it really worked. You can check out my other kootu recipes and spinach recipes too..Hope you will love this and let me know if you try this.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 25 to 30 mins
Serves : 4 to 5

Now open the cooker and put it back on stove. Add salt, sugar and ground masala. Mix well. Adjust the consistency with some water.Let this simmer for 5 mins..
