I wanted to share a restaurant style actually it is thattukada style vegetable salna recipe in this blog. I make my vegetable korma or curry in a whole lot of ways, but i think i haven’t shared much in this blog. Will do it soon..I will say this is one of the best salna you will ever make and taste.

Tried both salna and kalonji naan today. Also served it with pooris. I reduced tge chillies a bit as per our family taste. It came out beautifully. Both recipes are very well written with clear directions. Thanks.
