White Chocolate Icecream Recipe – Eggless & No Churn with step wise pictures

This is a healthy and delicious white chocolate icecream which is made using milk. You dont need cream or icecream machine for this. It is totally egg free too.

Making icecream is such a amazing process. You can make icecream so many ways. You can make it with eggs, without eggs, with cream, without cream. This recipe is so easy to make. Since it is made without cream and eggs. I used milk in thsi recipe and to thicken the icecream i added cornflour.

The secret for good icecream is to break the ice crystals. So use thick full fat milk and boil the milk so the excess water evaporates. Also when the icecream is frozen, take it out of the freezer and blend it in a blender till it is nice and creamy which breaks most of the icecrystals formed. For best result repeat this step 2 to 3 times. The more your freeze and blend, the more creamy the icecream gets.
