Ingredients

  • White Chocolate - 1 cup chopped finely
  • Cream - 1 cup
  • Mint Extract - few drops

Instructions

  • Melt white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Melt it gently.
  • Whip cream till stiff.
  • Add in whipped cream and fold gently.
  • Add in mint extract.
  • Fold gently.
  • Scoop it into serving glass.
  • Chill for few hours.
  • Serve.
