Spiced Milk which has lots of whole spices simmered with milk. Serve it hot or warm on special occasions.

Ingredients

  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder - ¼ tsp
  • Dry Ginger Powder - ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon Powder - ½ tsp
  • Cardamom - 1 crushed
  • Sugar or Sweetener to taste

Instructions

  • Take all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for 5 mins.
  • Strain and serve.

Notes

1)You can powder the whole spices in bulk and store in a container.
2)use low fat milk if needed.
3)Any sweetener can be added. Like honey or sugar.
