Mix all ingredients except ghee to a smooth thick batter.
Heat a nonstick paniyaram pan with ghee.
Spoon dollop of batter in and cook for 2 mins on each side.
Flip over and cook.
Serve.
Notes
1)I used store bought urad dal flour, you can use homemade urad dal flour too. 2)If you are using homemade, just roast urad dal till golden and cool, then powder fine in a blender.
