Ingredients
▢
Ghee / Oil or Butter - 1 tsp
▢
Mushrooms - 2 cup sliced
▢
Spinach - 2 cup chopped finely
▢
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
▢
Water or Vegetable Stock or Chicken Stock - 3 to 4 cups
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Black Pepper to taste
▢
Cornflour - 1 tblsp
▢
Water - 2 tblsp
Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a pan. Add in mushrooms and cook for 4 to 5 mins.
▢
Now add in spinach and mix well.
▢
Add in water or veg stock and bring it to a boil.
▢
Cook for 10 mins.
▢
Add in salt, and pepper.
▢
Add in cornflour mixed with water and mix well.
▢
Serve hot.
