Purple Sweet Potato Icecream or Ube icecream has a unique flavour on its own and gives bright purple colour to your dishes.

Ingredients
- Purple Sweet Potato Powder - 3 tblsp
- Water - ¼ cup
- Cream - 1.5 cups
- Sweetened Condensed Milk - ¾ cup
Instructions
- Mix sweet potato powder with water to a thick paste. Set aside.
- Take cream in a bowl and whip till stiff. Add in condensed milk and mix well.
- Add in the sweet potato paste and mix well.
- Now spoon this in a freezer safe container and freeze overnight.
- Scoop and serve.
