Bonbons using Fruit Cake

Crumble cake in a bowl. Add buttercream and mix well.

Shape it into balls. Chill in fridge for 1 hour.
▢
Melt chocolate in a bowl.
▢
Spoon little chocolate on each ball and top with sprinkles.
▢
Let it set for few mins and then serve.
Bonbons using Christmas Pudding
▢
Melt dark chocolate chips in a bowl over double boiler or in microwave until completely melted and set aside to cool a bit.

Now crumble your christmas pudding in a mixing bowl. Add icing sugar, honey and melted chocolate in that. Mix well until everything is combined.

Now take a tablespoon of this mixture and roll into small balls. And arrange it in a foil lined tray. Set this in fridge for 30 mins.

Mean while melt your white chocolate in a double boiler or in microwave until completely melted and set aside to cool a bit.
▢
Take a tiny spoonful of the melted chocolate and spoon it over the chilled bon bons and top it with tutti fruity or sliced cherries..
▢
Put it back in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
▢
Pack it and give as gifts or enjoy all by yourself..
