Ingredients

Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup
120 grams
▢
Baking Soda - ½ tsp
▢
Water - ¼ cup
60 ml
▢
Curd - ⅓ cup
80 ml
▢
Oil - ¼ cup
60 ml
▢
Jaggery or Brown Sugar - ½ cup
100 grams
▢
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
▢
Ginger Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Tutti fruity - 3 tblsp
▢
Raisins - ½ cup
▢
Chopped nuts - ½ cup
(MY 1 CUP MEASURES 240 ML)
Instructions
▢
Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
▢
Take dried fruits in a jug, add water and boil for 2 mins in a microwave. Set aside to cool.
▢
Take curd, oil, brown sugar in a bowl and mix well.
▢
Add in cinnamon powder, ginger powder and mix well.
▢
Add in nuts and boiled raisin mix and mix well.
▢
Add in flour and baking soda and fold gently.
▢
Spoon it into a parchment lined baking pan and bake for 30 mins.
▢
Remove it from oven and cool completely.
▢
Unmould. Slice and serve.
