Instructions

  • Take all ingredients in a blender and puree till smooth.
  • Pour it into popsicle mould and freeze overnight.
  • Run the mould under tap water and unmould. Serve.

  • You can steam carrots in a steamer and use in the popsicles.
  • Add in more sweetened condensed milk and skip adding sugar.
  • Popsicles can be stored in freezer for upto 2 to 4 weeks.
  • Beetroots instead of carrots can be used.
